As a Human Centric Coach, I believe in the power of using brain science to help individuals and teams to better understand how and why they think / feel / behave the way they do.This began over a decade ago when I designed my first Stress Management programme that was delivered to over 500 people across 4 different sites for a leading Aerospace organisation. When I saw the results people were getting, just from a better understanding of how the fear response was affecting them and their decision making, I knew this was my area of interest.Fast forward to today and Evolve places fear management ‘up there’ as one of the most important life and career-defining skills. I feel incredibly lucky to be working alongside a team of industry specialists from the worlds of Performance Coaching, The British Military, Sport and Broadcasting.Together, we are on a mission to show our clients how to manage their fears and show up as their best selves when it matters most. Our work sees us designing one-of-a-kind coaching, learning and development experiences for teams across a variety of sectors including; Civil & Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Consumer Brands & Financial Services.Outside of my work at Evolve, I’m new to and passionate about the world of Triathlon.
