Experienced real estate professional in (i) asset management, budgeting, lease analysis and negotiations, loan documentation; (ii) joint ventures; (iii) managing all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions including contract drafting and negotiating; due diligence preparation and/or review; hiring consultants; documentation negotiation and review; prorations and settlement statements; and 1031 forward and/or reverse exchanges; (iv) multi-state/multi-site transactions; (v) portfolio restructuring; (vi) relationship management with outside service providers/vendors; (vii) loan closing and loan servicing as both a lender and a borrower; and (viii) human resource and performance management.
