Answer phones and operate a high volume switchboard. Decrease office expenditures by meeting with office supply companies and helping to negotiate lower prices.Assist with planning annual company events such as the Christmas Foster Children Party.Enhanced communication between Hartford and New York office through the use of an interoffice mail log.
