The number two role in the store responsible for the support functions throughout the store from office operations and warehouse to delivering promotions and layout changes. The role was made redundant and an assessment required to achieve the new sales manager role of which I was successful.

Responsible for supporting stores across Scotland and Northern Ireland in delivering systems training and support to provide a better customer experience by getting stock in the right place at the right time. I supported new stores through staff training and during the opening process until they were able to trade without support. This role was made redundant and I returned to store as trading manager.
