• Accountable for managing and executing Sales and Service in the Photo and Beauty Department in three Regions driving Engagement, Development, and Excellent Customer Service.
• Create and Facilitate Company Initiatives to Field staff
• Drive sales results in Photo and Beauty Departments
• Engage and Inspire 20 District Category Specialist in three regions to drive results
• Led Beauty Advisors to drive results in Beauty Quadrant
• Facilitate Photo Rallies to drive engagement and focus with more than 200 attendees

• Accountable for the total operations of the store to include partnering with Pharmacy Manager to drive results
• Directly lead and supervise all store employees
• Manage and develop employees on providing Excellent Customer Service
• Build a "One Team" environment to drive results
• Review store performance reports to recognize any opportunities
