Contracted as SAP Consultant to LMP - Army project

Working as a Consultant through BackOffice Associates as the RTR (FICO) Data Migration Team Lead and then in Phase II as the CIS Data Migration Team Lead. Collaborate with SAP configuration consultants to test and implement a clean running system for financial functions such as COA, Treasury, and AR/AP. During Phase II currently leading efforts to cleanse, construct, and convert IS Utility legacy data as it relates to Business and Technical transactions. Provide assessments for areas of improvement and correction for configuration and process steps in the area of transaction and master data.

Primarily work with SAP software conversions with experience in JDEdwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft. Experience in industries such as Media, Buildling supplies, Foods, Utility. Prepared and loaded converted legacy data into SAP. Data Cleansing, Creation, and Conversion experience in modules - FI, CO, SD, MM, QM, and PM

Working as consultant through BackOffice Associates LLC for this Utility project. Providing indepth reporting and reconciliation for conversion data of CIS object data. Working with conversions of data for devices, meters, installations, partner/account, billing, and AR functionality. Temporary position to stabilize the setup and execution of data conversion reconciliation and reporting.

Worked primarily in FICO module with emphasis in COA, CC, PC, Cost elements, Fixed Assets. Focus on Data Migration from JDE system into SAP with testing, documentation, and education to employees of process. Cleansed legacy data, converted and loaded to SAP all Financial master and transactional data (Ex GL Balances, Open AR, Profit center and Cost center data).

Worked in multiple SAP projects that went live within budget and on time to implement ERP in modules of FI, CO, SD, MM, EDI, PP. Responsible for baseline configuration for all items within SD including pricing, output, payment card, credit management, orders with cross divisional sales, delivery/shipping, billing, and taxes. Responsible for cross-module configuration of third party, inter-company, and stock transfer orders. Responsible to configure within MM/Purchasing for pricing schema, partner roles, and material movements. Responsible for baseline configuration of EDI communication including setup of the Workflow IDOC administration, Partner profile, and Port Definition. Managed the generation of all SD project documents, including the Business Blueprint, Best Business Practices, and end-user training manuals - worked in areas of Media, Government, and Safety Equipment.
