Support the EVP of Supply Chain & Real Estate and SVP of HR• Maintain heavy calendar scheduling for principals, including coordinating meetings for the office and arranging the appropriate communication platforms (conference calls, Microsoft Teams, video conferencing)• Reconcile and process monthly expense reports to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and in compliance with company policy• Maintain high level of confidentiality• Responsible for site selection and contract negotiation of hiring centers for all new stores (approx. 30 yr.)• Support the Women in Leadership and Women of Distinction for any of their administrative needs• Manage the new hire swag items and gift certificates for store support and customer care centers• Coordinate and track “Lunch and Learn” program attendees• Organize, and coordinate logistics and presentations for executives to create an extensive onboarding for new hires• Manage Quarterly People P Quarterly awards and gift certificate tracking• Support the HR team with Coupa to ensure invoices are entered and paid in a timely manner• During COVID, have taken on numerous tasks within HR to assist the team (i.e., covering HR phone line, updating addresses in Workday for payroll, monitoring HR team mailbox)• Special projects as assigned
