Managed all aspects of operations for 29 academies across Philadelphia with over 650 staff and serviced ~4000 children daily.Placed a strong focus on contract programs (federal Head Start and state PreK Counts), increased growth by 133% within one year, and formed two strong partnerships with the School District of Philadelphia (SDP) and Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), not to mention profitability increase due to contract programming. Implemented a state-funded PreK Counts program (80 slots) in the Philadelphia region. Ensured program implementation with a focus on standardizing Philadelphia while increasing school readiness goals to create life long learners.Placed a strong focus on customer service, enrollment/retention, CAPT (child attendance per teacher), collections, grassroots marketing while ensuring the company is positioned for growth and increased profitability.Achievements, 26 academies achieved STAR 3 or 4 delivering high-quality programming within 12 months along with overall regional growth.
