• Manage the day-to-day requirements for payroll processing, and reporting of payroll data.• Process accurate and timely payroll to employees across various regions• Monitor and respond to payroll inbox; guide proper corrective action to comply with company policies and procedures• Exercises critical thinking to research and resolve complex payroll issues• Collaborate with ADP on Time clock changes, time system inquiries, and maintenance• Review and assess PTO accruals calculations• Administer GL Mapping and creating new earnings or deduction codes with ADP• Prepare reports for payroll management and internal customers• Maintain current Standard Operation Procedures• Compliance for audits with proper safe keeping of payroll documents with employee transactions• Assists with system testing, implementations, and special projects• Assists with cross-training• Respond to inquiries from Finance regarding monthly salary variances and month-end reporting
