I enjoy helping make a difference to someone’s career journey and seeing them develop and grow within the business.I am responsible for recruiting for a variety of roles between our Bexhill, Leicester and Newmarket offices - consisting of largely Customer Facing roles which include Customer Representatives, New Business and Claims Advisors.   There are two recruitment teams here at Hastings (Customer facing and professional services). I work within the Customer Facing Recruitment Team and bring talented individuals into Hastings Direct including: Customer Representatives, Customer Claims Advisors and Claims Negotiators for our HQ in Bexhill and our Leicester office. I am very passionate about providing candidates with a positive experience from application through to employment. The Customer Facing team is very driven and we are always looking at ways to improve our processes to make the candidate journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
