Particular focus on leveraging Time Warner's global real estate portfolio in sharing best practices, achieving efficiencies and cost savings.Highlights include:- Developed critical KPI's for reporting and measuring results across TW divisions- Increased operating efficiencies by consolidation of sales and operational offices across the domestic and Europe portfolio- Opened 75k rsf office in Bangalore, India - Divesture of real estate leases and operational contacts from Time Warners's portfolio at spin off of Time Inc.
