Front of House Operations Manager at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre - working with a truly fantastic team who make amazing events come to life. Between large scale conferences and festival shows - no day is ever the same at EICC. We have a highly talented and skilled team but above all, a really hardworking one, who always look to exceed client and customer expectations. I studied Event Management at degree level and built on the knowledge and skills gained through my studies by since working for a social policy events company and in cinema and operations management. I'm known to pride myself on high standards and attention to detail and am a firm believer in 'the people make the place'.My proudest achievements include being the Venue Manager for the T2: Trainspotting World Premiere in January 2017 and being extensively involved in managing venue operations within Cineworld for the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
