Prior to my internal role, I was the Managing Partner of my own executive coaching practice, LearnTech Associates, where I designed and facilitated executive leadership programs, coached senior and mid- level professionals, ran team-building sessions and partnered with business leaders on translating business strategy into operational models. The goal was always to help senior and emerging leaders to find their voice, clarify their career goals and determine a path to take their performance to the next level.
