Registered Dietitian (and lover of all things peanut butter) with a specialty in pediatrics and eating disorders. From picky eating to allergies and all the fun stuff in between, my job is to make feeding your kiddos easier. As an RD, my approach to nutrition combines evidenced based research with clinical experience to create a nutrition care plan as unique as your family. Using an all foods fit approach, I work with clients to explore ways to reduce stress around eating and feeding for the entire family. Food is meant to be enjoyed and we will work towards goals that make meal times less stressful.
