Provided effective logistical support and co-ordination of offshore personnel (ROV & Survey). This included:Arranging all national and international travel and accommodation.Liaising with clients regarding crew change details/requirements.Interface with S3 directors/project managers/offshore managers regarding provision of personnel required for projects. Attend weekly planning meetings.Informing personnel of all mobilisation/demobilisation details.Organising visas for personnel travelling overseas and ensuring all vaccinations are up to date where necessary.Contact recruitment agencies to organise freelance personnel when required.Inputting all travel details into company database/tracker programme. Produce reports when required on personnel offshore days/utilisation figures.Ensure emergency contact / next of kin records are up to date for emergency response purposes.Ensure all offshore medical and survival certificates are up to date, organise renewals.Keep electronic and manual records for offshore personnel (passport, seamans book, vaccinations, ROV log books, medical, survival, training certs, etc)Order PPE kits for all new starts and any replacement kit where necessary.Produce purchase orders on Procuremax system for all travel/equipment, etc ordered.Keep personnel company CVs up to date.Maintain records of personnel appraisals/end of job summaries.
