Barrett properties in North Carolina, Essex Property Trust in Washington Oregon and Califorina. My resume would be very long if I included this time spam on my resume. Before this I worked for the government in Washington as computer support for Trident subs for (4) years until government contracts were cut.

Property Manager. New build this is a section 42 for 55 and over. Great company just was not a good fit for me. The property was not a good fit for me and that was is the only property they have in this area and after opening they could only offer 20 to 25 hours a week. That with the fact that my experience is not in Section 42 was not something I could consider since I need full time and a company that I can grow in along with needing benefits.

This was thru a temp service while I was looking for a permanent full time property management position, however the company did not have and opportunities for me while that property was under sale. Although they did tell me they wanted to retain me but felt I was over qualified for any thing other than a property management position. The company did ask me to stay and go to another property but it would have been as a leasing agent and I would have had to wait for something to open up. With my skills and experience and the salary I require I could not do that. They were very understanding and wonderful to work for.
