My mission today is to build an AI-powered platform that brings affordable transparency to an opaque college admissions process so that every ambitious high school student has a fair shot at gaining admission to their dream college.The nearly 10 years I spent as a fencing parent gave me incredible insight into sports as a great way to stand out in an application for admission to an academically elite college. It also inspired me to start the blog, Fencing Parents, which remains the single most important source of information for college bound fencers interested in becoming athlete recruits. I spent many years learning the intricacies of college admissions, consulted with a variety of admissions experts, and talked to admissions officers, NCAA coaches and many parents. I am a firm believer in data driven decision making, and I use data extensively to gain insight into the college admissions process. Despite the chaos and lack of transparency, I have found that the data shows there is method in the madness of college admissions.
