I'm an Executive Coach & Business Mentor, qualified accountant, board member and CFO. I went through a life changing illness which prompted me to rethink what I wanted and what was important to me. I am a determined and driven person and I have a real zest for life which I want to share with others. I'm really interested in working with people like me who want to work out what is important to them and how to go about making that a reality. I've also discovered the joys of menopause and how that impacts on my daily life so I especially enjoy working with females going through the same thing whether that is confidence, fatigue, transition, change etc.. I have learnt to be happy in the moment, be excited by new paths and to see change as positive and I enjoy using this within my coaching approach.Creating the right mindset helps you to achieve anything.
