Greenway’s primary product is PrimeSUITE, a fully integrated electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution; Lead Business Analyst for the PrimeSPEECH product which allows clinicians the ability to dictate and have their voice returned as text, thus replacing transcription services; documented current and future requirements through user stories; requirements gathering was designed with intent to improve the clinician’s workflow and continued recognition; supported both Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts with design questions and testing respectively; also assisted the Training Department with a PrimeSPEECH video; demoed PrimeSPEECH in two of Greenway’s annual user conferences.

Managed the migration efforts for the remaining clients onto the new medical records/transcription platform, which involved reporting to upper management; conducted software demonstrations remotely to perspective Hospital HIM Directors and Physicians for both DocQment Enterprise Platform (DEP), a Web-based transcription platform, and DocQsign, a Web-based electronic signature module; supported sales engineers regarding specific requests for the new platform, as well as reviewed and approved Statement of Work (SOW) documents for new implementations; made recommendations for process and business flows; and answered Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) as the DEP installation subject matter expert.
