I am very excited to have joined The Andrews Group as Lettings New Business Partner. Main Responsibilities• To be responsible for securing business through effective and appropriate valuation of property producing accurate property details to obtain the optimum rent value.•maximising business efficiency whilst delivering a first-class service through my interaction with customers.• After winning the instruction of the property, Engaging with the Hub team and with the landlords needs and requirements for future tenants, ensuring effective communication for marketing plans.• working effectively through efficient diary and systems management to ensure we maximise the good use of time and deliver an excellent service to our customers.• To keep under review the letting price of properties and advise the landlord, as appropriate, of any price adjustments necessary to ensure the property is competitively priced for the prevailing market.• To be aware of your valuations to instructions conversion rate and to strive constantly to improve it, ensuring that the company standard is met or exceeded.• To support the Lettings Business Manager and in their absence take responsibility for the Hub when required• To ensure you have regular communication with the landlord to update them with any new information, to include regular contact with all clients, including let only landlords offering features and benefits of additional services.• Engaging with existing periodic tenancies to negotiate and administer new fixed term tenancies as required.• To support, where required, the Senior Lettings Consultant, working closely with your property management team, identifying notices received, liaising with landlords, negotiating and administering the successful marketing of the property.
