Project of Interest: First WELL Gold Certified Project in the world under TI V1. In my role of Senior Project Manager, responsible for the engagement, facilitation and collaboration of a specialized team of project consultants and internal company resources to establish project specific criteria to fulfill IWBI certification requirements. This resulted in the successful achievement of WELL Gold Certification for TD Bank in 2016. The principles of the IWBI WELL Building Standard focus on the following areas: Air, Water, Light, Nourishment, Fitness, Comfort and Mind.

My role included communication and full engagement with Sr. Management on all aspects of the project implementation and delivery.
