Even my sewing is to help others.• PepWear embroidery dept. customers are private businesses and individuals as well as national organizations such as BOA, WGI, USAFB, USSSA, DCI to name a few. We have a total of 45 heads on 7 machines being Tajima and SWF.• Maintain a production schedule for order processing of orders as required by due dates. • Maintain customer folders on each design with detailed information. • Train new hires and temporary staff. • End of day see what orders finished, orders came in, plan production schedule for the next day. • Quality Control check of items prior to packing for removal of excess backing & stray threads from garments after embroidery completed. • Supporting Sales Department, Provide stitch count quotes, check on orders for all necessary information needed-if missing information, check with sales person for missing information to improve order effectiveness. • Mechanical and maintenance on embroidery machines, fixing the machines to save high costs, if can't fix schedule machine repairs with technician. • Digitizing skills on Pulse, Wilcom and DG15. Ordering and receiving of embroidery products and supplies to fill orders • Verify that quantities, colors, sizes, styles, etc. match what is listed on the workorder.
