Experience included acting for Afferro Mining Inc on the split of its gold assets into a new company, Aureus Mining Inc, and the admission to trading of Aureus to AIM; advising gold exploration company Hummingbird Resources plc on the company’s $40 million fundraising and admission to AIM and the the reverse takeover, placing and re-admission to AIM of China Wonder Limited, renamed Qihang Equipment Company Limited.I also advised clients on corporate issues affecting their businesses, including shareholder arrangements and constitutional documents.
