I was proficient and excelled in many different positions while I was at Falck Global Assistance. I began my career as an Assistance Coordinator. In that role, I assisted clients with many different types of services globally. I was their main point of contact while they recieved their medical care or repatriation them back to their home country, if necessary. On the back end, I would contact the provider to exchange banking information as well as to obtain the medical report for the customer to ensure the claims are within the benefit limits. Globally, I would speak with either a local agent or a direct provider to coordinate care for our clients. I would assist with any requests to maintain an "as carefree" experience for the client for a speedy recovery. I was on the team that was responsible for assisting clients who had to be emergency evacuated from where they became ill or injured and get them back to their home country or to the nearest facility where the approved level of care could be given. After completing a large project for finance, I was promoted to Financial Liaison. In the newly created role I performed many tasks. I became the liaison for the operation team and the head of finance. I would prepare, enter and maintain spreadsheets for all the cases with claims made by our local insurance partner. I corrected verification of benefits to maintain the correct information was entered into our insurance partner's system. I attended bi- weekly meetings with our insurance partner to discuss any claims that were considered catastrophic to confirm the funds would be available. I maintained a batch report of claims which didn't have the correct benefit limits or had any wrong information and return it to our insurance partner for payment.I completed tasks, such as, I would review cases to confirm a claim had a benefit limit. I created and maintained case fees and approved any claims over the operations limits.

• I give customer service in the form of answering calls, taking messages and researching their concerns. • I investigate issues with customers pick up as well as helping customers find lost or miss delivered packages.• I research and create reports pertaining to special accounts that require certain time sensitive deliveries. • Aided the center manager in the daily running of reports to ensure that all aspects of the operation ran smoothly.

• Electronic corrections of addresses for the 4 centers in my building. • Collecting and correcting data in our dispatch system.• Collecting, printing and analyzing reports using M&R (Operations Monitoring and Reporting)• Run and analysis data from DMAT (Data Management Analysis Tool). • Gather and apply Dispatch Checker Report adding loops and ranges as they are needed.• Gathering and reporting errors drivers make including driving without their seat belts, making excessive backings, and making deliveries while idling.

I loaded anywhere between 6-8 trailers a shift with a 1 in 2500 misload rate.
