Click to edit position description I've been a veteran realtor for over 20 years in the New York City area and relocated to St Augustine, Florida two years ago to begin a new chapter in my life in this beautiful state. I did much soul-searching and found myself drawn to the real estate industry because I love helping people make their dreams come true. It is evident my success is based on my knowledge of the market and staying in the top 10% of all agents on Staten Island. In the 20 years I have been in the lows and highs of the market and always coming out on top gaining expertise to make it through the tough times as well as the good times and still staying on top with my sales. Through the years I have sold over $10 million a year and have been the recipient of the following awards, Million Dollar club 2006-2013, Elite President Club 2006-2013, SIBOR Bronze and Silver 2006-2013, and Top Producer. I moved here with my husband and two dogs to get out of the cold and in to some warm weather and never looked back. We currently live in the Palencia and love all the outdoor activities that are offered here. We love to bike all the 23 miles of trails, hike, workout in the fitness center, swim and volunteer for charities. I am excited to begin my new journey with Watson Realty Corp as a Lic.
