• 1200 UK employees paid monthly. • To gather, verify and enter payroll data into Caresys System. Export and pay through Accord payroll system• To comply with company policy and statutory legislation, and to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. • To produce the monthly BACS file for Staff and transmit payments through on line banking system.• To ensure employee bank details are updated with changes and are maintained.• Reconcile payroll and produce reports for management Accountants.• To produce RTI information for the payment of PAYE and National Insurance to HMRC. • To produce monthly payment requisitions in order to pay external bodies.• To ensure all starters, leaver, transfer and changes are made on time to alleviate possible errors. • Produce monthly reports such as Headcount report, cost centre report, starter/Leaver etc for various departments, adhering to confidentiality of salary information• To produce P60 and P35 for yearend PAYE and NI, to ensure the year end remittance is correct and agrees to monthly payments and payroll records.• Dealing with ad hoc requests for employment information, completion of references and requests from Home office, Job Centre, Inland Revenue etc.• Providing employee assistance with payroll related matters as required• Completion of Inland Revenue returns within agreed timescales• Completion of employee P11D end of year return.• Some aspects of HR administration.• Administration of Company Pension scheme and Auto enrolment.• Responsible and management for two Payroll Administrators.• Training of new employees throughout the Group for payroll related subjects, onsite and offsite
