About Donna Rixmann

To provide Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy services that include Ayurveda and other tools of yoga to manage conditions and to achieve balance through healthy lifestyle, diet and outlook. These tools of yoga include motion (asana), breathing techniques to de-stress (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and restorative yoga using bolsters and blankets to calm the mind & body. Knowledge of Ayurveda allows me to address the whole person as our daily lifestyle habits & diet, very much impact overall physical, mental and emotional health.
