Develop and coach to employee behaviors in order to achieve individual, team and regional financial performance while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Build market strategies, plans, and tactics that drive the sales and services processes in market. Recruit, develop and retain the best employees with a sensitivity toward diversity while managing staffing levels.
