Working on the Executive Committee for Zeta Tau Alpha as the Vice President of Recruitment was a very fulfilling experience. I was able to demonstrate my creativity, strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills, all while serving my organization. During my position as Membership Recruitment Chair I:- Organized and led monthly workshops for over 100 members, teaching them how to recruit new members and sell our chapter through our key values- Ran three separate rounds of recruitment (one virtual, and two in-person) for over 350 potential new members- Planned and hosted monthly events for potential new members at our chapter house- Organized, led, and worked with a recruitment committee to help with the many different aspects of recruitment and planning (apparel design/planning, decorations committee, logistics committees, voting committee, workshop committee)- Was 1 of 13 women leading our Rutgers Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha on the Executive Committee - Attended ZTA's Orientation Leadership Academy in Virginia in order to learn specific skills that benefitted my time serving and leading my chapter
