When she had the opportunity to develop her own business as a motivational speaker and professional-development training specialist, she named her company MAKE IT MATTER! because she believes that "no matter what we do, we all want to make it matter"! Since then, her speaking/training engagements have included keynote addresses, leadership retreats, and conference workshops for more than 100 state and national organizations throughout the United States.Especially skilled in Leading Change, Exemplary Customer Service, Communication/Caching Development, Teambuilding and Performance Management, Donna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
