Hospice House Coordinator, Seacoast Hospice, September, 2009 - August 2010Responsible for the management of daily operations of a free-standing in-patient hospice house, including but not limited to oversight of the process of intake, triage, coordinating insurance certifications and hospital liasoning when necessary. Worked collaboratively with Social workers, Physicians and Chaplains and other members of the interdisciplinary team. I worked to empower others to become active resources for volunteers and students. I was able to establish positive relationships with community programs through open dialog and exchange.
