Provided leadership to guide team members in developing Home and RTW business to include Christmas Secret Gift Shop and Toy Shop, which was a statewide draw to the Downtown store. Consistently achieved objectives in the areas of sales, profit, service, human capital investment and retention, expense control, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation. One of only two Assistant Store Managers to be given DVP title to include Bonus and Equity ownership out of 75+ stores.

Managed and developed $15MM Women’s RTW business. Directed up to 50 associates to achieve sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control standards. Consistently exceeded all goals and was known as the best RTW merchant in the company for comp store sales growth. First Lazarus store to achieve $1MM sales in one day!
