Creative and patient professional eager to start a career in Multimedia Production. Currently learning on various Adobe Creative Suite platforms such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Audition and Premiere. I am a culturally-sensitive former Career Coach and Learner Support Coordinator with over 8 years of experience in the non-profit sector. An effective communicator, able to cultivate and maintain mutually-productive ties with people of all ages and backgrounds. A wearer of many hats and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals for individuals from all walks of life. No words could ever fully describe the satisfaction I feel when a client calls to say they were offered a job. Previously, I was an ESL instructor in both Japan and Canada. In Canada, I started as a volunteer tutor in order to fulfill my practicum hours and was offered a position from the same organization shortly after. I taught adult ESL-literacy students who did not have the opportunity to obtain a formal education. It was very rewarding to see their level of confidence grow as the weeks went by. In Japan, the students ranged from 3 years of age to 70 at a juku. The students were warm, welcoming and left a long lasting impression.
