Re-engineered all organization user processes and system functions to create efficient, automated workflows using web-based membership tracking, billing, compliance, and reporting applications accessible by external users. Built relationships with previously non-compliant users to gather requirements and document processes using Visio. Conducted JAD sessions with business users throughout the organization and the development teams to enable an integrated .Net framework with a centralized SQL database. Engaged at Time Warner Cable to support the development of a Vision and Road Map for the next generation marketing database. Led a team that implemented a new Fannie Mae billing system using Peoplesoft 7.0. Employed different stakeholders to develop and map requirements to PeopleSoft features. Oversaw development of extensive customizations, tracked, prioritized and resolved issues, and planned/coordinated all testing activities. Performed project management and analysis for numerous mortgage assistance system projects. including Desktop Underwriter. Prepared concept papers, conducted Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, tracked and resolved issues, developed requirement specifications, negotiated scope, communicated changes/progress across departments and oversaw development and testing for all new and maintenance releases.

Directed a team project to develop MCI's consolidated billing and discounting system. Identified stakeholders, interviewed experts, analyzed customer discounting contracts, and determined the necessary financial algorithms. Also managed the development of the integrated system test plan.Led the requirements development of MCI's customer management reporting product, which consolidates costs and provides financial data. Conducted JAD sessions and held weekly team meetings to determine user needs, user interface design, system impacts, project schedules and issues. Worked with production support to investigate, prioritize and resolve problems.Managed a team that developed integrated requirements and performed integrated testing of MCI's paperless invoicing product, which allows customers to analyze calling patterns and allocate costs. Developed a consulting specialty, which focused on non-profit student loan guarantee agencies. Obtained eight agency contracts and performed audits for compliance with government regulations, operation reviews, request for proposals, and financial analysis. Actions taken enabled agencies to maintain federal government guarantees.Developed numerous functional requirements including those for integrated audit and controls for MCI's consolidated billing system, order entry of MCI's Friends and Family product, and account servicing of the Virginia State Education Assistance Authority's and the Iowa College Aid Commission's student loan systems
