About Donna Scobee
I have been with Humana for 17 years. For the last 7 years I have been the Broker Manager for the Broward and Palm Beach County Markets. I oversee all sales and marketing activities for Humana and CarePlus with our Partner agents. I have 1700 agents in my Hierarchy that I am responsible for. My job is to make Humana and CarePlus easy to do business with and to grow new sales. I work in the field 90% of the time. I strive to have a solid relationship with all of the agents in Broward and Palm Beach counties. I host face to face and virtual trainings on many topics such as Humana and CarePlus 101, grassroots and physician marketing and Humana technology. I work closely with Humana and CarePlus leadership to ensure all sales goals and expectations are met. I also host Zoom meetings with over 200 agents in attendance. I enjoy helping agents become Humana and CarePlus experts. I strive towards hitting Company goals every day.
