Develop marketing materials and communication/response pieces; print ads, brochures, flyers, thank you letters, monthly newsletters (writing and designing), e-mail blasts, Social Media ads and content posts, website content, display board creative elements, business cards - to effectively communicate the story of the Mission, while accurately and consistently utilizing the Mission’s brand. Position functions include utilizing graphics software (Adobe Creative Suites 6.1), MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote), video editing software (AVS Video Editor and Converter), and online tutorials. Updates outside website information, i.e. Fresno Bee activities calendar, Guide Star, Charity Navigator, etc. As ministries change and evolve, update and create verbiage for grant requests as assigned. Work with photographers/videographers to obtain and archive needed photos, videos and release forms. Work with local media (TV and Radio) to maintain and schedule ongoing aired segments, ads and print resources, consistent with internal events and subsequent marketing needs. Duties include writing 00:15, 00:30, and 00:60 second radio ads, scheduling interview appearances, and organizing marketing campaign elements. Archive media stories as needed. Respond to outside agencies, churches, etc., that request information about the FRM. Represent the Mission at specific community meetings, informational speaking engagements, and participates in collaborative efforts as part of community teams. Provides tours of Mission ministries upon request; performs other marketing related assignments as needed.
