I entered into the Electronic Security Industry in 1987 as an entry level customer service person only to move quickly into sales and design shortly after that. I worked for National Guardian Security Corp until 1996 when I left to work for a small privately owned Integration company as a contract employee for 5 years as a selling sales manager. While I was there towards the end of my contract Tri State Life Safety was formed. I have committed my best efforts to learn my products and lead others in my 37 year career in this industry. I believe that you must be willing to do whatever is needed when it is needed. I also believe above all else that we must do what is right and true even when it hurts! I live by that rule in both business and personal life. It doesn't mean we don't make mistakes, it means you face them head on and move forward. This honest approach to business and life frees us to look forward with all our heart and forge our way to True Success. I also believe that everything we lay our hands to shall prosper and I have found this to be true in all aspects of life. Our word, our integrity, and our family is what make us who we are. I can say I am Blessed Beyond Measure and I owe that to my God. This journey has been filled with lots of hard work and dedication. Someone asked me a few years ago how I did it, same career 36 years, all I could say is I guess I liked it. :) As I look back I never considered any other job than the Electronic Security and Fire Industry. This is what I do.
