Family Law Paralegal:• Provide assistance to counsel and clients in all aspects of case development. Provide support to clients throughout the legal process. Work with clients to incorporate strengths and resources, track and reframe problematic narratives, assist family member to process and adjust to the inherent changes brought about by life stage developments, changes within their family system and involvement with the judicial system. Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, objections, stipulations, separation agreements, deeds, expert disclosures, financial affidavits, child support guidelines worksheets, and parental responsibility plans. Oversee discovery. Legal research. Analysis of financial and other discovery documents. Assistance with administrative functions as needed.Associate-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist:• Provide professional and ethical mental health services to couples, families and individuals under the direct supervision of an LMFT. Conduct clinical and biopsychosocial assessments, co-create and adapt treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions within treatment plan, psycho-education, collaborate with referrals and resources, client communications, scheduling, utilize supervision, attend a wide range of educational programs, conduct specific research for evidence-based/best practices as applicable. Timely completion of notes and related paperwork.
