Recruiting duties included, attending job fairs, reviewing resumes, calling and scheduling candidates, interviewing, hiring and processing new hires. Completed drug screens and background for employment candidates. Assisted the recruiter with regular day-to-day duties.

Responsible for staffing, recruiting, transfers and promotions. Responsible for new hire orientations, new hire entering into systems, coordination of licensing, completing job offers and decline letters, attending career events and job fairs. Responsible for screening all employment applications, updating and monitoring all job boards, preparing and distributing job postings and advertisements. Responsible for monitoring the new hire process, completing exit interviews and communicating with departments regarding staffing needs, changes, additions and reductions. Responsible for training HR Generalist and support staff in employment related areas. Screened applicants via phone and on in person, scheduled and conducted interviews. Completed HR Generalist duties as requested. Earlier position duties included the above, HR Generalist duties, supervision of the Staffing Assistant, and supervisory duties to include completing performance evaluations, directing and monitoring work assignments, preparing and maintaining the recruiting area budget.
