This package included detailed user manuals, web-based training and quick reference cards;• Actively involved in training users during the filing season by conducting group training sessions as well as deskside support;• Participated in the deployment process of giving system demos to other agencies such as the Veteran’s Administration, Department of Homeland Defense, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation;• Participated in User Acceptance testing and regression testing by writing use cases and actively involved in user acceptance training of the application;• Created web-based user documentation as well as written materials for the Army’s acquisition system (SOMARDS) to be used by new users in the Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
