I lead a talented team of content creators, developing engaging, impactful content that drives awareness, engagement, and behavioural change.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisational goals to promote healthy ageing and independence.- Manage and produce high-quality content across diverse platforms, including articles, blogs, videos, and social media.- Lead a team of a full-time copywriter and videographer, providing strategic direction and creative oversight.- Collaborate with local community groups to create authentic, informative, and inspiring content.- Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards and SEO best practices.- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimise content and inform future strategies.
