Manage Operating and Strategic and forecast expense plan and sales for Lincoln Benefit Life. Analyze monthly expenses and prepare annual expense budgets for several departments. Process credit cards payments through SAP for accuracy and reporting. Provides account services to assigned clients including maintaining records, processing transaction, mailing reports and maintain relationships. Building / maintain participant fund choices in the system and create loans using these funds.Responsible for non-discrimination, coverage and participation, compensation, top heavy and any other required testing to maintain plan compliance with government regulations. Prepares accurate/timely annual valuations and signature ready government forms with appropriate schedules. Researches/provides interpretation and application of plan document, contract, ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations and rulings. Prepares employer contribution illustrations and allocations.
