Caring Together supports carers of all ages across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk. The charity also offer flexible, professional homecare services to adults and children with a range of disabilities and health conditions.

Added responsibility for the retail team, which involved the management of five shops, a retail hub and an online shop with the imminent addition of a retail unit. Delighted to be able to support this fantastic team and a further 20 colleagues.Passionate about the wonderful work this team are doing to recycle and reuse, ultimately reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact.

Member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that we make every moment count for our patients and their families. Together we deliver the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity strategy, which is ambitious and values-led.A fundraising appeal to fund a purpose built £10.5 hospice allowing for increased patient services and first class facilities mirroring the incredible care provided by the compassionate team. This without doubt was my biggest personal achievement.My team were responsible for creating, developing and implementing strategies to grow our charitable income and boost the profile of our charity.Working with traditional print and increasingly digital methods, we share stories of the work we are involved in, the successes we have enjoyed and the challenges that we face. Our community are very loyal and we greatly appreciate their support. My agile, passionate and experienced team worked across a broad range of income streams including community, corporate, grants and trusts, legacy, events, campaigns and appeals, supporter care and PR and communications.

Developed the wonderful reputation of this much loved charity and the support it receives from people across Cambridgeshire and beyond.With a greater number of patients being cared for annually and a continued unmet need, focus was placed on the development and execution of effective marketing and fundraising plans to aid the sustainability of the Charity. This included diversification of the existing income streams in order to generate more income through gaining corporate sponsorship, building an events portfolio, developing commercial opportunities and working closely with friends and supporters.

Further to holding the position of Conference & Banqueting Sales Executive for the previous 6 years, I also secured the role of marketing manager for the Club. This involved working on marketing campaigns, looking at new projects and building on the reputation of the Club to ensure the brand continued going from strength to strength.

A varied role comprising of marketing and non-matchday sales of the facilities. Responsibility for conferences, meetings, dinners booking plus Christmas parties, large or small. Management and coordination of the Ipswich Town Networking Events, networking opportunities attracting a broad selection of guest speakers from Mark Borkowski to Will King, The King of Shaves.

Responsibility for attracting new business to the venue for large scale events including exhibitions, conference and dinners to the recently refurbished conference and events venue.Due to the vast internal and external space the type of events ranged from roadshows to annual conferences, annual dinners to large charity balls. Over my time at Newmarket, many clients became regular bookers and included a combination of national and local companies.
