Donna Thibedeau is currently a representative within United Airlines' contact center. As a member of the Executive Solutions team, she is tasked with finding resolutions for United Officers, Board members, and customers. When not at United Airlines, Donna serves as the Executive Director of the Firefighter Rescue Network. She is a sales and service expert with a 30-year track record of defining strategic roles and building relationships in the aviation industry. Donna's leadership approach is organized, flexible, and driven, with a proven ability to perform effectively in challenging and ever-changing environments. Her extensive history of volunteer work led her to found the Firefighter Rescue Network, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving training, equipment, and resources for first responders. Since early 2022, the organization has focused on supporting the MRC of State Emergency Services of Ukraine, equipping their teams with additional tools and resources.
