Provided HR Generalist services and relationship management support to all lines of business in the western region, including 11 high profile facility management accounts such as Symantec, American Express and PG&E. Directly managed one HR Manager and indirectly managed five HR Coordinators to support this region of approximately 3,000 employee.

Responsible for implementing human resources policies and procedures for all lines of business in the western region (2,500+ employees). This includes providing advice and counsel on Company policies and procedures to management and employees in the region as it pertains to employee relations, recruiting, compensation, HR transactions, policies and procedures, benefits, state and federal compliance and training.

Human resources support includes employee relations, terminations, compensation, career counseling and development, educating and communicating corporate wide programs, staffing, stock options, merit increases and benefits. In addition, supervisory responsibility for our corporate immigration, relocation and expatriate programs.
