I have worked in the F.E. sector for over 20 years, in a variety of roles including, teacher, assessor, a-Level Co-Ordinator, Head of Department and more recently Head of Student Experience for the Faculty of Creative and Digital. Despite the challenges faced by this sector regarding funding and successive Government Policy I am still an extremely passionate and committed advocate of F.E. believing that through education we change lives and support our communities. I am particularly interested in roles that support and mentor learners to be aspirational, challenge their own assumptions about their ability and reach their potential. I am looking for roles that will allow me to use the experience I have and continue to contribute to this ever-changing but never dull sector.
