i recently joined the netto team at little hultons store after previously working for netto from oct 2003 - sept 2011 when asda took over the stores in the uk. I was responsible for all aspects of store dutys and was promoted due to hard work to the role of shift leader to which i was afforded great responsibility.i was in charge of spot line stock which created difficult challenges on a daily basis and i meet them head on with a clear prospective, i enjoyed the role and relished the challenges the job had to offer which lead me to take on the same job earlier this year

i provided bursary care for individual children with special needs on a one to one basis. i was responsible for meeting both hygiene and educational needs with children suffering from autism.this was an extremely demanding role with many challenges that the children faced in there everyday lives. over the course of three years it was personally rewarding to see the children meet educational tasks i set and seeing their mental growth, i view this as one of my personal achievements and feel a great deal of pride for the help and support i was able to give them.

asda supermarket to over netto in 2011 and i became an employee for asda. i was responsible for all aspects of store duties including main bank till as well as self scan till operation. i was offered a job as bursary assistant and after a great deal of consideration felt a career change into nursing would offer more challenges and the opportunity to push myself and develop my personal skills.

i was responsible for running a large fleet of private hire vehicles during my shift and for taking bookings via the telephone and relaying the information clearly to the drivers. this was a demanding role under a tight time frame which demanded a calm and level head. i was responsible for dealing with all aspects of complaints from passengers and drivers which i did in a calm and mature manner always resolving any situation that arose

I started this job as a trainee sewing machinist as a school leaver and i was responsible for manufacturing high quality clothing for outdoor activities. this also entailed making deliveries and presenting myself as the face of the company. i was promoted due to hard work, enthusiasm and punctuality to the role of embroider which i enjoyed during the 14 years with the company. i was later made redundant as the industry took a downward turn.
