Created worksite wellness tools, communications, and campaigns that could be integrated into any clients’ wellness strategies. Evaluated existing wellness services and recommended enhancements to the client that delivered the best return on investment.Additionally, designed and facilitated educational curriculum and implementation meetings. Ensured the wellness services were completed within the agreed upon timeframe with the client. Delivered exceptional customer service to further solidify a positive relationship with the client with a bottom-line return on investment. Continued to manage post-implementation maintenance.
