The ‘Street Aware’ resilience-based education programme is peer led and focuses on numerous current topics such drugs, alcohol, decision making, bullying, peer pressure and emotional wellbeing to name a few. The results from evaluations I created have shown outstanding changes in thoughts and behaviour in young people towards drugs and alcohol misuse, together with resilience and the ability to be confident in decision making.

Management of alternative provision at Coundon Court, from design and development to sustainability, change and achievement with students, parents and stakeholders of the achieving potential unit (APU). Effective targeting and coordination of personalised provision for pupils at risk of repeated fixed term exclusions through internal timetable modifications, small group work and quality assurance of the provision on offer, evaluating the impact of alternative provision on progress of particular pupils.Responsible for sourcing, planning, delivering and/or coordination of the delivery of bespoke education packages with a combination of functional skills, life skills and a vocational element for pupils identified as in need of timetable modifications.
