I am honoured to serve as a leader in education, with a deep passion for teaching and shaping the future. My career encompasses both secondary and primary education, with more than a decade dedicated to the role of Principal. I have been privileged to lead in both Victoria's Government schools and Western Australia's Independent School Sector, guiding institutions toward excellence.In 2020, I was named Australian Principal of the Year for Government and Independent Schools and Australian Government Primary Principal of the Year, recognitions that reflect my commitment to educational leadership and innovation. My strategic leadership, organized management, and ability to foster strong relationships with all school stakeholders have been key to my success.As a lifelong learner, I hold a Bachelor of Education, a Graduate Diploma in Student Welfare, a Master of Education, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Training. These qualifications have equipped me with a broad understanding of both educational and legal frameworks, enhancing my ability to lead with insight and integrity.In 2024, I was honoured to be a UNESCO speaker, sharing my perspectives on education on a global stage. I am also an International Distinguished Fellow of IFIP, contributing to the global dialogue on educational inclusion and innovation. My recent accolades include being a National Excellence Awardee for Indigenous Programs and receiving Victoria’s Marrung Education Leader Award, both in 2023.I have been invited to present at many prestigious conferences, including the National Indigenous Education Summit, Edutech, Melbourne National Education Summit, APAC Digital Learning Conference, and the World Council of Gifted and Talented Children's Biennial International Conference, among others. These opportunities allow me to share knowledge and engage with peers who are equally passionate about advancing education.I am committed to pioneering innovative practices in leadership and education, always seeking to inspire and lead by example.
